Women’s bodies go through a constant series of changes. It can be hard for them to tell when these changes are indicative of a more serious problem. While some of these changes may seem normal, they can also be a symptom of cancer. Let’s take a closer look at some of the most common signs that are ignored by women.
.Any lumps in the breast must be examined by a doctor. The same goes for any sort of change that takes place with the nipple or the areola.
.Women tend to become bloated rather often but when these bloating periods lead to bleeding or loss of weight, it is time to schedule an appointment with a doctor.
.Vaginal bleeding that does not take place during a period is a very bad sign. Allowing the doctor to take a closer look as soon as possible is in our best interests.
.Perhaps there is a mole in your body that has become larger than before. Or maybe you are noticing other changes to your skin. A biopsy must be performed so that skin cancer is able to be ruled out.
.Blood in our bowel movement or our urine is often caused by hemorrhoids. That does not mean that we should be taking any further chances.
.When we are fighting off cancer, the body’s lymph nodes begin to experience swelling. This is something that we need to bear in mind when we are assuming that they are simply going through a routine infection.
.Having any trouble swallowing? This could be a sign of cancer in the stomach or throat so be sure to to take all of the proper precautions.
.Unexpected weight loss might seem awesome to most women. However, this is not something to be taken lightly. A sudden weight loss could be triggered by the onset of colon cancer.
9. Heartburn is a common issue that many women experience. If the heartburn is not going away and it is only becoming worse? This could be a sign of various forms of cancer.
.Smokers should monitor the inside of their mouths. Canker sores and discolored patches are warning signs that must be heeded immediately.
.A fever that does not subside quickly could be caused by leukemia.
.Meanwhile, a cough that does not go away within one month’s time is a very serious issue that needs to be treated as such.
